Not too much to report...no double lines. Over the past year I have been incredibly diligent in my exercise/stress relief plan and lately I just don't seem to be into it. I think I feel like soon (hopefully!!) I will be preggo and not have to watch what eat quite as closely, so it's made me really relaxed about eating/exercise.
However, the primary reason that exercise makes me feel so good is the stress relief! I know that when I become preggo I'm going to need alot of that (as my nightly glass of wine will be unavailable). So I am trying to look at it in a new way...it's therapy.
A nice dose of kicking butt with The Biggest Losers (my current fav workout dvd) is just what my body needs and deserves...and Lord knows my future womb raider will appreciate the 'therapy'!
